To arrange a session half the session fee is due upon scheduling. This is held as a retainer. Cancellations without rescheduling within one week of the session will forfeit the retainer. Session payments are due in full on or before the date of the session, and are payable by cash, personal check, or any major credit card. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex!!
North Carolina 6.75% sales tax applies to all products.
Due to the custom nature of our products and services all purchases are final, however, your happiness is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with our product and services, under reasonable circumstances, we will provide you with another session or replace the product free of charge.
We retain copyrights of all images taken and reserve the right to use all images and works in portfolios, competition, exhibition, and promotion of Serenity Photography and associated products. (If you are not comfortable with this please let me know prior to signing the contract)
